Client Complaints

We take every complaint seriously. If something about your experience or treatment has fallen short of the standard you expected, please tell us.

How to raise a complaint

Email info@delightaesthetics.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line, or ask at reception. Please include your name, the date of the treatment or appointment, and a short description of the concern.

  • Within 14 working days: we investigate, and, where appropriate, invite you to a short follow-up consultation at no charge

  • Within 20 working days: we provide a written response explaining our findings and any action taken. If the investigation needs longer, we will tell you why and give a revised timeline

Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking a consultation or treatment with Delight Aesthetics you agree to the following.

Consultation first

Most treatments require an in-person or video consultation before the first procedure. Some treatments can only be booked after the consultation has been completed and written consent given.

Medical form and consent

Where a treatment requires a medical form and written consent, we share these with you by secure link after your consultation. You must complete and return both before we can proceed with the procedure. If the forms are not completed in time, we will reschedule.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment

  • Within 24 hours of your appointment, we cannot offer a refund, but we will reschedule you to the next available suitable slot

  • No-shows without notice may incur a deposit loss on future bookings

Suitability and right to decline

Treatments are provided at the clinical discretion of our practitioner. We may decline to treat, or pause a course, where this is clinically appropriate or where safeguarding or capacity concerns arise. We will explain the reason and discuss suitable alternatives or onward referral.

Results and aftercare

Individual results vary and depend on skin type, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare. Aftercare guidance is provided in writing after each treatment.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless a package has been paid in advance. Package sessions are personal to the named client and cannot be transferred.

Venue

Consultations and most treatments take place at our Marylebone clinic. Advanced technology treatments are delivered at a partner venue under a contracted arrangement; the exact location and directions are confirmed when you book.

Complaints

Please see our Client Complaints section above.

Safeguarding and Wellbeing

Delight Aesthetics has a duty of care to every adult who uses our services. Aesthetic treatments are elective, and we believe good practice means knowing when treatment is right, and when it is not.

We assess capacity, motivation and expectations at every consultation. We pause or decline treatment where we have concerns about coercion, vulnerability, mental-health pressure, or signs of body dysmorphic disorder, and we signpost clients to appropriate support. We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Viktorija Maslikova. Our Deputy Safeguarding Lead is Anna Kovaliova. Safeguarding concerns can be raised in confidence by emailing info@delightaesthetics.co.uk, or, in an emergency, by contacting the local authority adult safeguarding team or the Police (999).

Our full Safeguarding of Adults Policy is available on request.
