Beauty Clinic Manager

Full-time • On-site, Marylebone • £48,000 plus 10% performance bonus, 28 days holiday, pension, treatment allowance, CPD budget

We are recruiting our first Beauty Clinic Manager. This is the senior operating seat for the business, with single-point accountability for operations, the P&L, growth, marketing and team leadership. The post-holder runs the clinic day to day, builds the growth plan, and represents the brand as we scale.

We are recruiting a Beauty Clinic Manager to run the clinic day to day, deliver our growth plan, and represent the brand as we scale.
 

You will have single-point accountability for operations, financial performance, commercial strategy, client acquisition, marketing, team leadership and clinical-governance oversight. You will own the P&L and build the treatment, marketing and partnership pipeline.

What you will do
 

  • Own the full operating cycle of the clinic.

  • Build the annual budget, monthly forecast and weekly cash flow.

  • Direct Instagram content, events and selected commercial partnerships.

  • Recruit, develop and performance-manage the clinic team.

  • Uphold compliance: JCCP/CPSA, UK GDPR, CQC guidance, special-treatments licensing, health and safety.

  • Deliver a monthly business pack to the Director.

What you will bring (essential)
 

  • 8+ years of progressive management experience in a non-surgical medical aesthetics, dermatology or advanced-skincare clinic.

  • Full P&L ownership for a clinic site.

  • Documented CPD in non-surgical aesthetic treatments — certificates of training in at least three of: anti-wrinkle injectables, biorevitalisation, polynucleotides, chemical peels, dermal fillers, skin-booster mesotherapy.

  • UK regulatory knowledge (JCCP/CPSA, UK GDPR, CQC, LLAA 1991 Schedule II, health and safety, insurance).

  • Evidenced Instagram-led client acquisition in the UK aesthetics sector.

  • Experience leading clinical and operational colleagues, including supplier, contractor and partner relationships.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English to CEFR C1 or above.

  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable
 

  • Clinical background — medical degree (MBBS / MD / UK ENIC-verified at RQF 6+) with aesthetic specialisation, or a recognised UK aesthetic-injector qualification with hands-on clinical experience.

  • Direct experience founding or launching an aesthetic clinic from pre-revenue to steady-state operation.

  • Experience operating in Marylebone, Mayfair, Chelsea or comparable London premium locations.

  • Familiarity with digital-consent and clinic-management platforms used in UK aesthetics (for example Faces Consent, Insync Consent or comparable).

  • Experience designing or delivering a CPD programme, internal training framework or training-academy offering for clinical or operational colleagues.

  • Working fluency in Russian to CEFR B2 or above, to serve our Russian-speaking clientele.
